She was predeceased by: her parents, G. Carl Slevin and Ava "Eva" Slevin (DeLong); her husband Ronald A. Temple; and her siblings, F. Kenneth Slevin, E. "Gene" Slevin, Ernest "Neal" Slevin, Joseph M. Slavin (Slevin) and Audrey Kosla.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Temple (Letitia) of Barnesville, Gregory Temple of Lewisville, Ohio and Rhonda Lahey (John) of Hilliard, Ohio; her grandchildren, Shawnee Neuhardt (Ben) of Barnesville, Shane Patrick Temple of Barnesville, Samantha Lahey (Alex Darwin) of Fairborn and Joshua Lahey of Dublin, Ohio; her great grandchildren, Hudson Charles Neuhardt and Odessa Shane Neuhardt; her sister Rosemary Stephen (Slevin) of Barnesville; and her sister-in-law Bonnie Temple (Renner) of Bellville, Ohio. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made in Patricia's name to the Assumption BVM Catholic Church.
