Lauderdale, FL, Austin Kretchek of Hendersonville, TN, Ashley Cardosi (Anthony) of Delaware, Ohio, Miranda Plymale of Reesville Ohio, Zachary Plymale of Reesville, Ohio, Taylor Chamberlin of Columbus, Ohio, Nicholas Chamberlin of Milford, Ohio and Brooke Chamberlin of Milford, Ohio.; his siblings, Shirley Ledford of Westboro and Melvin L. Chamberlin (Brenda) of Xenia; his nephew Doug Chamberlin; his niece Lisa Redden (Jason); his great grandchildren, Braydon, Noah, Addison, Bli and Louie; his great great grandchild Grayson Kretchek; his stepchildren, Laura Curliss of Yellow Springs, David Curliss (Erin) of Beavercreek and Deron Curliss (Stacey) of Pittsburgh, PA; his stepgrandchildren, Kevin Curliss of Minneapolis, MN, Conner Curliss of Madison, WI, James Curliss of Chicago, IL, Meaghan Meinig (Matt) of Fredericksburg, MD, Matthew Curliss (Allyson) of San Antonio, TX, Michael Curliss of Kalispell, MT and Michael M.
