We are sad to announce that on November 17, 2022, at the age of 93, Joan Shepherd of Bethesda, Ohio, born in Woodsfield, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Lee Duvall Jackson and Jack Duvall; her husband Allen Shepherd; her son Charles Shepherd; her grandparents, Dora and Samuel Riemenschneider; and her aunt Inza Jackson Stephen.
She is survived by: her children, Becky Johnson (Tom) of Bethesda and Sam Shepherd (Tommie) of Lake Murray, SC; her daughter-in-law Sandra Shepherd of Conover, NC; her daughter Angela Shepherd of Texas; her grandchildren, Charles Shepherd (George), Brady Shepherd (Mandy), Adam Shepherd, Greg Shepherd, Jenny Richey (Kevin), Angie Tustin (Bill) and Matt Johnson; her great grandchildren, Colton, Will, Zachary, Emma, Sloane and Katelyn; and her sister-in-law Louise Gregor. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Joans name to the Bethesda United Methodist Church, 233 North Main Street, Bethesda, Ohio 43719.
