He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Carter-Cope (Thomas Cope) of Tipp City, Jerome Snyder (Jacki) of Bethesda, Robin Snyder (Lori) of Covington, Charles Snyder (Barbara) of Tennessee, Harold Snyder, Jr. (Janice) of Flushing and David Taylor (Lisa) of Illinois; and his sisters, Norma Marmie of Bethesda and Joyce Latham Conway of Bethesda.
