We are sad to announce that on March 18, 2022, at the age of 90, Wilma F. Penny of Bethel, Ohio, born in Fowler, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Kincade and Flossie M. Kincade; her former husband Elmer O. Flaugher; and her husband Estel K. Penny. She is survived by: her son William "Rusty" Flaugher; her siblings, Ann K. Dixon, Toby Gagnon, Jean Stocker, Donald, John, Phillip and Harold Kincade; and her children, Darlene Fultz (late George) and James O. "Jim" Flaugher (Kathy).

Memorials may be given to the Saltair Church of Christ, 2124 St. Rt. 222, Bethel, Ohio 45106.
