We are sad to announce that on December 27, 2022, at the age of 71, Vicki Lynn Blackburn of Bethel, Ohio, born in Effingham, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Vicki Lynn Blackburn to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her siblings, Carolyn and Glen. She is survived by: her husband Marvin; her daughters, Marla Camery (Jay) and Monica Alsup (Thad); her grandchildren, Seth (Sonya), Jackson and Natalie; her great grandchild Oakley; her siblings, Doug, Dianne, Greg, Eric and Carl; and also Vicki.

In lieu of flowers we are asking donations be made in her honor to St. Jude or Hospice of Cincinnati.
