With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vera M. Mize of Bethel, Ohio, born in Buford, Ohio, who passed away on May 10, 2022 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Elma Roush; her former husband Paul E. West; her son Phillip West (Cindy); her stepson Dan Housley; and her brother Floyd Roush.
She is survived by: her husband Clinton Mize; her children, Beverly Hale (Lloyd), Barbara Lindsley (Henry) and Tim West (Shari); her stepchildren, Douglas Mize, Victor Mize and Genie Sue Morris; her grandchildren, Ron Hale (Rosie), Becky Lanham (Scott), Chris West, Lisa West, Danny West, Holly Hoffman (Brian), Jason Lindsley (Krystal), Nicole Lindsley (Jonny), Josh West and Ashley West; and her siblings, Ethel Manning, Donald Roush, Wilma Gossett and Virginia Leonard. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, numerous step-grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great, great-grandchildren, as well as numerous brothers and sisters-in-law.
Memorial contributions, in Vera's name, may be made to Hamersville Baptist Church.
