He is survived by: his children, Thomas Ellington (Kimberlee) and Theodore "Ted" Ellington Jr. (Sherry); his grandchildren, Brian Ellington (Kelly), Angela Zakrzewski (Chris), Scott Ellington (Kristi), Kelly DeAngelis (Kerri), Evan DeAngelis (Marie), Neal Douglas, Matt Ellington, Adam Ellington (Kristin), Aaron Ellington (Nicole), Alex Ellington (Hannah) and April Mikolowski (Luke); and his great grandchildren, Dylan, Jakob, Logan, Aubrey DeAngelis, Andy Ellington and Rebekah Mikolowski.
