She was predeceased by: her mother Helen; her husband Robert E. Ward; her daughter Sherri Ward; and her siblings, Ronald Gaskins, Jerome Gaskins and Joyce Gaskins Barkley.
She is survived by: her children, Chip Ward (Richard Schwiner) and Jenene Ward (Christopher Mattox); her grandchildren, Amanda Williams, Rhiannon Robinson (Michael) and Jolene Hollandsworth; her great grandchildren, Brooklyn Robinson, Dane Traylor, Vern Williams, Stella Williams and Carson Robinson; and her brother Robert L. Gaskins. She is also survived by other loving nieces and nephews, friends and family.
