He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Pennington and Elizabeth Pennington of New Richmond, Ohio.; his siblings, Ray Pennington Jr., Brad Pennington and Ella Pennington; and his brothers-in-law, Keith Eckart, Kenneth Hirshey and Glenn Ward.
He is survived by: his wife Diana Pennington; his siblings, Rita Hirshey, Ruth Ward, Randolph Pennington (Darlene), Enos Pennington (Beverly), Nancy Salisbury (Donald), Emily Reeb (John), Edna Burns (Douglas) and Ramona Carr (Denny); and his sister-in-law Carol Pennington. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the E. C. Nurre Funeral Home (177 W Main St, Amelia, OH 45102). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Clermont Senior Services who provided care for Robert for the last years of his life or Hospice of Cincinnati.
