He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Lee Mills and Geraldine Stewart; his son Donnie Mills (Kimberly); and his brothers, Tommy and Fred Mills.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Mills; his children, Tammy Messer (James), Rusty Mills (Sandy), Misty Mills, Christina Colston and Sammy Jeffries (April); and his grandchildren, Scotty Mann, Dustin, Ashley, Tiffany, Micaela Mills, Hannah Cooper, Morgan Greco, Lilly Harding, Tabatha Colston and Dylan Jeffries.
