He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis Ann Hency; his parents, Harold Hency and Irene Hency; his siblings, Harold Hency Jr. and Doris Johnson; and his grandson Donavon Ludwick.
He is survived by: his children, Donavon (late Dawn), Andy Hency (Becky), Nikki Ludwick (Chuck O'Neil) and Melissa Gilvin (Larry); and his siblings, James Hency (late Claire), Mary Depew, Sharon Young (late Craig) and Forrest Johnson.
Memorials may be donated to Bill Rice Ranch in Murfreesboro, TN.
