She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Mize and Polly Mize (Huff); and her husband Jimmy Leon Smith. She is survived by: her children, Kathryn Menrath of Cincinnati, Elizabeth Arcail (Joseph) of Bethel, Michael Robert Menrath, Jr. and Debra Faye Ziliox (Kim) of Logan, Ohio; and her brother Danny Mize of Florida. She is also survived by grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren.
