He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Nancy Clark, Harold and Joann Puckett. He is survived by: his parents, Stephan W. Puckett and Caren M. Puckett; his siblings, Faith Puckett and Major Brett Puckett (Tammy); and his grandfather John Clark.
