She was predeceased by: her husband Neil R. Kamphaus, Sr.; her siblings, Ruth Winder Erhardt, Linda Lee Winder and Richard Owen Winder; and her parents, Gladys Winder and Richard Winder.
She is survived by: her sons, Neil R. Kamphaus, Jr. (Ann) of Oxford, Carl Kamphaus (Terrie) of Falmouth, David Kamphaus (Julie) of Bethel and Todd Kamphaus (Susie) of Montgomery, Ohio.. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, thirty-six great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
