Jack DuBois wrote a sympathy message

“Mark worked for me many years ago in the Personal Lines Dept. at Cincinnati Insurance. My only problem with Mark was that he would come to work; do his job (well!); then go home. Sometimes I felt my job as manager was in jeopardy. There was virtually no "management" involved. He was a good man; a very good employee. My deepest sympathies to his wife and the rest of his family. Jack DuBois”
