He is survived by: his children, Michael Hultz (Denise), Debby Ellis (Steve) and Sharon James (Douglas); and his grandchildren, Shane (Moriah Hultz), Scott (Justin Troxell), Heather Eads and Nathan Hultz (Kylie Hultz). He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
