He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Carlotta and Maria Carlotta; and his brother Michael Carlotta. He is survived by: his wife Sondra R. Carlotta; his sons, Joseph M., Robert W. and Daniel A. Carlotta; his grandson Anthony; and his nieces and nephews, Michelle Bell and Charmane Smith.
