He was predeceased by: his parents, Sheridan Rutherford and Irvin Rutherford. He is survived by: his children, Anita Goins (Larry), Ed (Becky) and Tim Rutherford (Jennifer); his stepchildren, Margie, Connie, Wanda, Sharon, Ronnie and Allen; his son Kenneth R. Rutherford (late Wanda); and his siblings, Laurie, Lennis, Opal, Louvarnie, Bob, Troy, Walt and Leon. He is also survived by 19 Grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren and 32 great-great-grandchildren.
Burial in the Tate Township Cemetery, Bethel with Military Honors. *Proper social distancing and mask to be worn per the State rules for COVID-19.*.
