He is survived by: his children, Michael Lipscomb (Wanda), Kathryn Newman, Linda Moore (Jake), Lisa Frasher, Robert Lipscomb (Laura), Diana Broughton (Jerry) and William Lipscomb. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
