She is survived by: her children, Daniel Cook (Vicki), Timothy Cook, Paul Cook (Dawn), Joseph Cook, Samuel Cook (Tammy) and Jessica Cook-Calvin; her grandchildren, Joshua Cook, Timmy Cook, Tiffany Burton, Jay Aicholtz, Rachel Stacy, Matthew Cook, Jeremiah Cook, Paul Cook, Gabie Cook, Amber Cook, Xander Cook, Eli Cook, Ashton Cook and Easton Cook; and her sisters, Ruth Williams, Christine Bastin (Randall), Joyce Whitson and Brenda Harness (Farriel). She is also survived by thirteen great-grand children.
