He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Shelby Lucas and Nellie Ruth Adams (Souders); his stepfathers, James Harold Stacy and Delmar Ray Adams; and his brother Randall Lee Lucas.
He is survived by: his wife Tammy Stacy (Newman); his children, Brianna Stacy of Mt. Orab, Travis Stacy (Hayley) of Hamersville, Trevor Stacy (Delanie) of Felicity and Jonmichael Stacy of Bethel, Ohio; his granddaughter Rozalynn Stacy; his siblings, Shelby Eugene Lucas of Neville, Danny Jo Lucas (Renee) of Forsythe, John Owens (Jennifer) of Bethel, Jay Andrew Jones (Linda) of Portsmouth, Ohio and Debbie Lunsford (Mike) of Kentucky; and his stepsiblings, Doug Adams (Cathy) of California, Debbie Julien of Delaware, Becky Christoph (Bill) of Missouri and Brenda Girty (Mike) of Florida. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
