Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Eleanor Lawrence (Bethel, Ohio), born in Vanceburg, Kentucky, who passed away at the age of 85, on September 8, 2019. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Albert and Nancy Ethel McCleese (Smith); her husband Colvin "Landy" Lawrence; her son H. J. Lawrence; her granddaughter Lynette Rae Carter; her son-in-law Edward Lee Carter; and her siblings, Elmer, Jesse, Allie Glenwood, Avery, Junior McCleese, Opal Duff, Violet Dupree, Dorothy Lang, Irene Richey and Imogene French.
She is survived by: her children, Vicky Carter of Hamersville, Valerie Bruce of Bethel, Charles "Buddy" Lawrence of Bethel and Andrea Sevier of Bethel, Ohio; her daughter-in-law Shannon Lawrence; and her brother Clinton McCleese of Lincoln Park. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
