He is survived by: his children, David Underwood Jr. (Denise), Tena Turner (Willie), Gerald (Tonja), Kevin Underwood (Debbie), Floyd (Sherry), Julie Heck (Jamie), Amy Bragg (Bill) and Rhonda Dunigan (Paul); and his siblings, Ronnie Underwood (Linda), Bill Underwood (Gail), Walter Guinn and Freda Underwood. He is also survived by 35 grandchildren; 49 great-grandchildren.
