He was predeceased by: his father Richard Hitt; and his grandfathers, Albert Miller and Clayton Hitt. He is survived by: his son Ethan Hitt; his mother Wilma Miller Hitt; his siblings, Robert Hitt and Leona Fannin (Jerry); and his grandparents, Fae Miller and Marge Hitt. He is also survived by Numerous Nieces, Nephews, Aunts, Uncles.
