He was predeceased by: his wife Diana Barger Parker; his children, Clyde Parker Jr. and Sheila Piercefield; his grandchildren, Steve Parker, Jr., Shawna Parker, Stephanie Piercefield, Wendy Stahl, Ashley Richey, Ryan Shields and Heather Parker; and his siblings, James, Charles, Freddie, Don, Lloyd, Harry Jr., Earl Parker and Annie Fritz.
He is survived by: his children, Steve Parker and Ginger Powell; and his sister Betty Darrell.
