She is survived by: her parent Pearlie Gross Howard; her children, Debbie Bartsch (Doug) of Milford, Gayle Smith (David) of Bethel and James T. Riley Jr (Barbara); her daughter-in-law Becky Riley; and her siblings, Lois Duncan, Rosa Elpers (Vince), Wilma Short (Ray), James Howard (Carol) and Doug Howard (Glenna). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
