With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles E. Schafer Jr. (Bethel, Ohio), born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on September 16, 2020 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Schafer and Virginia Schafer; and his daughter Virginia "Jenny" Schafer. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Schafer; his son Steven Schafer (Myra); and his stepsons, Steve Wallace (Robin), Denny Wallace (Becky) and James Wallace. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the church.
