She was predeceased by: her spouse Parnell Howard; her parents, Melvin Turner and Georgia Riley Turner; her brothers, Robin Turner, Richard Turner and Donald Turner; and her nephew Kenny Robertson.
She is survived by: her children, Melvin Douglas Howard, James E. Howard and Norma Jean Panko (Jeff); her siblings, Hiram Turner (Helen), Charles Turner (Betty) and Annis Robertson (late Woodrow); her sisters-in-law, Lola Turner, Mary Turner and Ruth Ann Turner; and her grandchildren, Hunter Douglas, Taylor, Autumn and Ginger.
