She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Cornwell and Bessie Cornwell (Yonas); her husband Carl Combs; her children, Gene Allen Combs, Carol Ann Combs and Brenda Kay Griffin; and her grandchildren, Fredrick Chisenhall and Amy Combs.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Chisenhall, Carl David Combs (Ruth) and Gloria Jean Troxell; her grandchildren, Chris Combs (Deanna), Danny Frazee, Brian Combs, Lisa Combs, Jeshua Chisenhall, Courtney Chisenhall, Josh Frazee, Danielle Worischeck, Zachary Troxell, Michael Swing and John Paul Troxell; her brother Charles David Cornwell; and her sister-in-law Dianna Combs. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren; and several great-great grandchildren.
