He was predeceased by: his sister Mary Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Violet Planck; his children, Angelique Planck (Dustin Massie) and Veronica Hodges (Charlie); his grandchildren, Carey Hodges and Sophia Hodges; and his brother John Planck. He is also survived by nephews, cousins, and friends.

““Hi, I am so sorry to read of Arthur's passing. I served with him for a time at Fort Ord California, which was in the 1966-67 time frame. I considered him a fantastic friend at the time. I have always felt terrible that we didn't keep up with each other. I have looked for him occasionally on the internet without success until now. Even on vacations when I met people from Ohio I would jokingly ask if they knew Artie. I hope this message gets to his family Gary W. Kozlovsky ””
