He is survived by: his mother Rebecca Mallot (Hendrigsman); his spouse Amberley Hendrigsman (Woody); his children, Lauryn Harper (Kaden) and Landon Hendrigsman; and his siblings, Bethany Campbell (Brian), Joseph Hendrigsman (Amy) and Matthew Hendrigsman (Deborah). He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews, and two great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Andy had requested that donations be made to the church construction project of the Iglesia Bautista la Gracia in Oaxaca, México.
