He is survived by: his wife Janette Cogar; his children, Kyler Cogar, Owen Cogar and Sylvia Cogar; his parents, Gail Cogar and Icie Cogar of Seville; his brothers, Jim Cogar (Teresa) of Copley and Scott Cogar (Diane) of LaGrange; and his sister-in-law Julie Coon of Norton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces.
