He was predeceased by: his significant other Rita J. Hohler; his children, Michelle Hohler and Wayne Hohler; his parents, Clarence Hohler and Celia Hohler (Klekota); and his siblings, Jean M. Doyle and Gerald F. Hohler.
He is survived by: his children, Joseph M. Hohler of Bellevue, Lisette Post (Kenneth) of Fremont, Stephen W. Hohler of Berlin Heights and Gerald E. Hohler (Kelly) of Bailey Lakes, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Sophia and Theodore Hohler. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
