He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Hibbard and Mella Hibbard (Brown); and his siblings, William "Billy" Hibbard, Johnnie M. Hibbard, Gerald D. Hibbard, Helen Ruthcowski, Janna Gibson, Grace B. Franketti and Ella Doris Ullmer.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Hibbard (Christiansen); his children, Mark Hibbard of Berlin Heights, Jane Hibbard of Berlin Heights and Monte Hibbard of Berlin Heights; his grandson Tyler Hibbard of Norwalk; and his siblings, Paul Hibbard of Lakeland, FL, Shirley Ann Wise of Marietta, GA and Elizabeth Dawn Hessler of Sandusky. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
