With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dennis Paul Billups of Berlin Heights, Ohio, born in Sandusky, Ohio, who passed away on October 15, 2023 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James L. Billups and Ruth M. Billups (Keesee); and his siblings, Francis Isabelle Whisman (Donald), Ella Mae Higginbotham (Troy), Edward Allen Billups (Maggie), James Perry Billups and Danny Lawson Billups.
He is survived by: his significant other Robin Billups (Moore); his daughters, Stephanee Koscho (Robb) and Terra Jones (Jeremy); his grandchild Josephina Koscho; his sister Willa Ruth Kulicke; his brother-in-law Pekah Faye Bugger (Leroy); and his friend John "L. J." Simko. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
