She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard E. Stowe and Edith Viola Davis Stowe; her grandmother Mary Ann Malachi Davis; and her siblings, John Junious Stamps, Dorothy Mae Stamps, May Lois Davis, Edith Claudette Rogers and Robert Landers Stowe.
She is survived by: her husband Isaac Turner Jr.; her children, Cheryl A. Green (Jeffrey) of Canfield and Isaac Randall Turner Sr. of Columbus, Ohio; her grandchildren, LaChristian J. Shannon (Michael) of Charlotte, Isaac R. Turner Jr., Darius A. Turner of Columbus and Arielle T. Hall (Micah) of North Canton, Ohio; and her siblings, Mary E. Bembry of Austintown, Ohio and Richard E. Stowe of Antelope, California.
