With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Manuela Lugo of Berlin Center, Ohio, who passed away on May 5, 2024 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Manuela may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Manuela touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Lugo and Julia Ortiz Cartagena. She is survived by: her sons, Doel Fuentes (Molly) of Kannapolis, NC and Dain Fuentes of Burbank, CA; and her close friend Daniel Karnes of Berlin Center.
