Stubbs (Berlin Center, Ohio), born in Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on September 26, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, David Simon and Thelma Simon. She is survived by: her children, Susan Yoder (James) of Columbiana, Pat Owen (Harry), Danny Stubbs (Beth) and Lori Richter (Bill) of Canfield.
The family requests material tributes take the form of donations to the Salem Visiting Nurses in her name.
