He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fowler and Rebecca Fowler; his wife Lois Fowler (Thompson); and his siblings, Louise Bradley, William Fowler Jr., Margaret Jones, Dan Fowler, George Fowler, Calvin Fowler of Ann Cosby, J. C, Buddy Fowler, Wilson Fowler, Nancy Hailey and Wayne Fowler.
He is survived by: his children, David Fowler (Michelle), Wanda Huberman (Mark), Sandy Winans (William) and Ed Fowler (Donya); his sisters, Phyllis Wittsell and Jane Mantlo; and his grandchildren, Adam Fowler (Jaime), Brian Fowler (Holli), Kathleen Crawford, Jake Fowler (Justine), Heather Godoy (Ken), Lisa Huberman, Bill Winans (Jessica), Josh Winans (Crystal), Tyler Winans and Liz Moore (Chris). He is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren.
The family requests memorial contributions be made to Berlin Center United Methodist Church, in lieu of flowers.
