He was predeceased by: his father John Kubinsky. He is survived by: his mother Mildred Kubinsky (Skutlin) of Berlin Center, Ohio.; and his brothers, John Kubinsky of Versailles, Mark Kubinsky of Versailles, Michael Kubinsky (Nicole) of Durham, NC, Joseph and David Kubinsky. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
