It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Brian Wade Srock of Berlin Center, Ohio, born in Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on October 22, 2021, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wade and Joyce Ann Srock (Osborn). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Chaplin of Hartsville; his children, Adam Clark Srock (Jacky), Luke Wade Srock and Elizabeth Ellen Hooven (Taylor); his stepchildren, Abigail Ruth Cathcart and William Reames Cathcart; his siblings, Robin Anderson (Dan), William Srock (Patty) and Susan Parry (Darrin); his grandsons, Gabriel Brian Srock and Gregory James Meadors; and his pet Remi. He is also survived by his wife, his children, his stepchildren, and his grandchildren.
