He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Turk and Helen Turk (Rochowiak); and his sister Donna Cross. He is survived by: his wife Juanita Lochbihler; his children, David and Debra Hoffman (Joseph); his grandchildren, Lauren Bruland (Eric), Aaron Turk (Felicia), Mackenzie Hoffman and Cameron Hoffman; his great grandchildren, Grace, Wyatte and Henley; and his sister Marlene Hayes (Richard).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to the American Heart Association.
