He is survived by: his wife Diana; his children, David Mack (Roberta), Lori Hein (Shane), Tracy Hoffman (Denny), Christina Kretz (Craig) and Bradley Mack (Stacey); his grandchildren, Noah, Anna, Joshua, Livia, Kaylee, Emma, Madison, Tyler, Easton, Mackenzie and Gavin; his siblings, Betty Miller (Norb), Caroline Strezinski (Ron), Bill Mack (Kathy), Larry Mack (Alice), Linda Keefe (Ralph), Joyce Karpinski (Stan) and Fred Mack (Pam); and his siblings-in-law, Carol Ott, Darrel Ott (Carol), Tom Ott and Joe Ott. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
