He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Sack and Evelyn Sack (Lee); and his brother Andy Sack. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Sack (Gordon); his daughters, Megan Maple (Patrick) and Mindy Sack (Kevin Stoller); his sister Sonya Galbraith; and his grandchildren, Oliver, Maddie, Josie and Garrett. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
