She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Dennison and Edna Mae Allen (Vincent); and her brother Keith Allen. She is survived by: her significant other Ralph LeRoy Frederick "Lee"; her children, Tammy Lee Takach (Anson) of Steubenville, Ralph Leroy Frederick Jr., Michael Frederick and Diana; and her brothers, Denny Allen, Terry Allen (Patti) and Dwayne Allen. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
