He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patty" Chivers (Hazelip); his children, Chad Chivers and Jessica Chivers; his stepsons, Andy, Justin and Chad Hazelip; and his sisters, Tammy Matta, Karen Chivers, Kathy Plush and Cheryl Varden. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
