He was predeceased by : his father Ralph Eugene; and his wife Sheila Diane Frederick (Allen). He is survived by : his children, Ralph L. Frederick (Ruth) of Oklahoma City, Michael Eugene Frederick of Oklahoma, Diane Schultz of Oklahoma and Tammy Takach (Anson) of Steubenville; and his siblings, Roberta Waugh (Cecil) of Rogers, OH and James (Etta) of Beadon. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.
