She was predeceased by: her parents, Jess Morris and Mary Morris (Tittle); her husband Lawrence Yator, Sr.; and her children, Tom Palmer and Cathy Jones. She is also survived by six grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and seven great-great-grandchildren.
