Tingler, Jr.; her daughter Kim Smith; her siblings, Lawrence, Bob, Willis Wise, Ruth Evans and Evelyn Kerns; her daughters, Cindy Lapish (Pastor Tim) of Columbus, OH and Rhonda Martinka (Tom) of Wellsburg, WV; and her brother Don Briggs of Cameron, WV. She was also cherished by 6 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.
